Chicken in gorgonzola sauce


  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • 70 g gorgonzola cheese
  • 50 ml unsweetened cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 7 g shelled walnuts

Season meat to taste. Fry on a low heat. When the meat is 80% done transfer to a pan containing a sauce made of the cream and gorgonzola. Cook together for 7 minutes. At the end add the walnuts.


Serve with boiled vegetables or mashed potato.
