Lamb in milk


  • Serves 10:
  • 3 kg lamb on the bone
  • 400 g carrots
  • 200 g parsley root
  • 300 g celeriac
  • 1 kg potato
  • 200 g honey
  • 1 l milk
  • Salt and other seasoning to taste

Cook lamb and all vegetables together except potatoes. Halfway through cooking, add milk and honey. Boil potatoes separately and add before browning in an oven at 230-250°C for 7-9 minutes.


Brown in an earthenware casserole.
