  • 70 g pljeskavica burger
  • 70 g pork neck
  • 70 g chicken leg
  • 70 g chicken fillet
  • 20 g pancetta

Marinate all of the Matijević meat and roast on a moderate heat. Baste with a mixture of oil, garlic, thyme and rosemary. Serve with roast potatoes and a fresh salad.
