Ražnjići (shish-kebabs)



  • 250 g pork neck
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • rosemary, thyme and garlic (for the marinade)
  • 50 ml oil

Marinate meat up to two hours in advance. Barbecue or pan fry meat. Serve with roast potatoes and finely chopped onion.
