Roast chicken drumsticks


  • 250 g chicken drumsticks on the bone
  • 40 g pickled gherkins
  • 40 g potato, boiled and cut into cubes
  • 40 g carrot, boiled and cut into cubes
  • 50 g fresh mushrooms
  • 50 g Matijević smoked bacon
  • 30 g chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 g parsley and celery leaf

Drumsticks can be roasted on the barbecue or in the oven.  Fry the vegetables (pickled gherkins, onion, boiled potato and mushrooms) in hot fat and at the end add salt and pepper to taste, together with finely chopped parsley and celery leaf.
