- 250 g minced grill meat
- 30 g Matijević pancetta, cut into cubes
- 20 g Matijević kulen (spicy sausage), cut into small cubes
- 30 g cheese
- dried ground chilli, to taste

Combine the grill mince with the kulen, chilli and cheese. Barbecue on a medium heat, to taste; best served with finely chopped onion and grilled potatoes.
